Started Fashionese Daily in 2005 and is currently the Editor-In-Chief. She began blogging in 2000, and was one of the few early players in the Indonesian blogosphere. Has a bachelor degree in Marketing and MBA in Management Information System. In the past, she worked as an assistant manager in training at Old Navy, a division of GAP Inc. A long time resident of St. Louis, MO. she is currently a full-time blogger based in Jakarta. Particularly interested in fashion merchandising and the world of fashion journalism and just recently got bit by the beauty bug and started to pay closer attention to what it has to offer.

Obsessed with makeups, bath and body products as well as perfumes. A cosmetics connoisseur, full-time blogger who resides in Jakarta, she’s not just another self-proclaimed beauty junkie as she’s an authority in beauty with experiences in the entertainment industry. Most recently, she was MAC Indonesia’s Public Relations Manager in which she has helped the company grew from its infancy to its current market-leading position. Now, MAC has gained a solid market share, supreme brand awareness and become one of the most dominant beauty global brand in Indonesia. In November 2008, she joined the ranks of professionals around the world who quited their glamorous 9-5 job, and is now focusing on blogging full-time at Fashionese Daily. Besides writing and managing Fashionese Daily, she is also a proud stay-at-home mommy of a beautiful daughter.

A long time globe trotter after spending her childhood in various parts of the world, she finally settled in New York City and has established herself as a handbag designer at Scott Adam Designs after going in and out of the fashion media since 1999, both in Jakarta and New York. DYS has assisted world’s top fashion stylists and photographers in editorials of Teen Vogue, V, Vogue Hommes & Nippon, and ad campaigns of H&M, Nuala Puma and many more.

A Psychology student who, unsurprisingly has passion in fashion. Particularly interested in fashion journalism and the history of fashion (no wonder she loves anything vintage). She is obsessed with uncle John and uncle Karl (that’s Galliano and Lagerfeld for you), and meeting them in person is on her wish list. A penniless shoe fetish who will work for shoes. She is currently an intern for Fashionese Daily and work alongside the Editors as an Associate Editor. Over the year, she leverages her social skills to represent Fashionese Daily on the nation’s fashion scene. Outside of her busy schedule, she manages to squeeze some time to volunteer in KIOS where she provide counseling to HIV infected victims and the socialization of the disease. Her other past activity was an intern at SOAP Magazine.

If you ask her to choose either shoes or make up as her weapon, she wouldn’t have the answer as her passion lies in both of those two. She goes all out when it comes to dressing up, she even thinks that her mom has forgotten to instill the word ‘practical’ in her dictionary. Her office environment is filled with men and women in matching suits and conservative clothes, but you can spot her easily in her building because of her style, even when there’s a special occasion where she is forced to wear black. This Melbourne graduates also has penchant for coffee, glorious food, desert delicacies and vintage dress. There are times when she feels like shifting career that satisfies her passion but her current job at AseanSec has a lot to do with making the world or particularly Indonesia and the neighboring countries a better place, so she is sticking around and relying in FD on her makeup and shoes craving.

Dunia Dandan moderates the Makeup and Beauty section. In recent years, she actively volunteered for Aceh’s cause through Mercy Corps Indonesia. She is the author of the book, “Kiamat Sudah Lewat: Suara Anak-anak Korban Tsunami Aceh“. A media industry veteran, she has served at various national medias since 1997 including gigs as Script Writer at RCTI, Lifestyle Editor at Her World magazine and most recently she was the host of Jak TV’s Dunia Dandan Deborah. Residing in Washington DC, she calls Sephora her second home.

A well known blogger in her own right, sLesta started her personal blog in 2003. With interests in photography, journalism, skincare and money management, she started as a moderator at the Yuppies sub forum, as well as finding time to write several articles for the FD blog in between of her hectic schedule as a banking professional at one of the world’s largest financial institutions. A former resident of New York City for 7 years, she holds an MBA degree from Pace University, New York. She is currently based out of Singapore and embraced motherhood in April 2008.

A bag addict who joined FD in mid 2007 and later joined the Forum Team. She is a former Risk Analyst at General Electric. While her professional experience is mainly in the Risk Management area, her newfound obsession in beauty (thanks to FD Makeup class) and her true love in handbags have made her a regular in the Handbags and Beauty threads, as well as an occasional contributor to the FD Blog. She is a graduate of the dual-master MBA-MSF degree at Boston College Carroll School of Management, in Boston, Massachusetts.

Loucee took charge of FashioneseDaily design and is responsible for the overall look and feel. A graphic designer by nature who loves to experiment with colors, she has worked at some of the leading design firms in Manhattan after graduating from the Pratt Institute, NYC. Currently Loucee is working as a Head Designer at one of the North East’s leading internet marketing consultants in the United Kingdom, where she’s been settled in Newcastle-upon-Tyne since 2006.

A blog evangelist as we call it, Thomas is one of Indonesia’s most prominent bloggers and is the developer of this award-winning blog. Besides development and support of FashioneseDaily, he blogs regularly at orangescale.net and maintains several other blogs. He lives in Yogyakarta.

She is a medical student who loves shopping, traveling, making friends and writing. One of her writings was published in Eve Magazine Viewpoint column. She was the forum’s sole moderator during Fashionese Daily’s early inception. Currently an active member of the forum, she is now trying to focus back on her course work. Her tenure with Fashionese Daily provide her a huge experience beyond her expectation.
