Sepatu Doc Mart ini memang sempat booming sejak akhir tahun 80-an hingga awal tahun 90-an.

Finally, MAC is going to complete their list of Mineral makeup and launch a full-set of everything Mineralize as a permanent collection. There are the existing ones which we have known and loved (Mineralize Satinfinish Foundation, Mineralise Skinfinish Natural) but there are also some new additions such as Mineralize Loose Foundations and the oh-so-gorgeous Mineralize blushes!
I know some of you are wondering whether the whole items from Sonic Chic and Electroflash are becoming permanent, so here’s to put the speculation to rest.
The complete list of MAC Mineralize products!

If you read wikipedia, green bags mean inexpensive reusable shopping bags. These bags are meant to carry groceries and to replace plastic bags that have been making great contributions to global warming. These bags are meant to help cooling down our lovely planet earth on the lowest price possible. But, fashion people have simply changed that.
Who would not love to be seen carrying meat and veggies in Anya Hindmarch’s I’m Not A Plastic Bag? These bags were low in bucks but somehow the prices sky rocketed due to drastic difference in low supply vs high demand. It was a Limited Edition vs Unlimited People who were willing to pay so much for the bag.
Most green bags only cost a buck, but buying a bag that has no fashion statement whatsoever left me with a light flush of guilty. I have some though, but I got them for free. And unless I can wear it for other than carrying groceries, I’d rather spend a bit more for cool colorful green bags on Baggu Bags.

Waving goodbye to the last days of summer, Fall is bringing several fashion-related reality shows on American TV. New “exciting” shows have emerged besides the new season of Project Runway, America’s Next Top Model and Janice Dickinson’s Modeling Agency. The Rachel Zoe Project, Glam God with Vivica A. Fox and Stylista would bring the fashion styling world into the TV screen.
The Rachel Zoe project shows the life of Rachel Zoe as a celebrity stylist. The show is all about Mrs. Zoe trying to start her own fashion brand, spiced up with her own drama, involving her husband, Rodger and her conflicting assistants, Taylor and Brad (hailing from Vogue, Brad is the newest addition to Rachel Zoe’s team). I personally admit that I do enjoy her show ;d It’s entertaining to see all the beautiful clothing and accessories, it definitely brings back memories of the hectic styling work. And I finally witness how Rachel pull off a look together although her famous line “Shut it down!” is pretty annoying to hear over and over again ;d

I’d like to share a glimpse of New York Fashion Week as promised on my last post. The initial plan was to hit the streets around Bryant Park with purplerebel but sadly, the weather during these past few days hasn’t been really friendly. Rain and thunderstorm have been showering the Big Apple for nearly a week, and we’re forced to cancel our photo hunting. On top of that, my crazy workload wasn’t helpful either to schedule our meet up, by the time I get off from work it’s pretty late and dark to shoot, dan pasti pingin buka puasa dulu =) I guess the street snaps which purplerebel and I have envisioned, would have to be postponed for a while =(
Fortunately, the lady of fortune is still on our side. My dear sister was invited to see the Project Runway show at the Tent in Bryant Park on Friday morning, the last day of New York Fashion Week. Immediately, I told her to take some candid shots of the show. Although at first, we weren’t sure whether she could sneak a camera in but I forced her anyway =p Trying not to spoil the finale’s result of the show which is currently airing with six designers left, so on this fashion week, the show at the Tent decided to feature six collections from the remaining six designers. No winner has been announced, and I’m so glad that my favorite designer was among the chosen one.
