Ever since I tried Master Bootcamp for the first time over a year ago, I think I have come quite far in achieving better and healthier me. I exercise regularly, I eat better food (I even enrolled to the Eat Love Lift program, which has helped me A LOT!), and I try to get as much rest as I can (not that I always succeed). But one thing remains: I still don’t like running. So when my fellow Master Bootcamp regulars were talking about how excited they were for Indonesia Urbanathlon, I just sat in the corner feeling happy for them.
Until one day, when had dinner with my friends and did not pay attention to the WhatsApp messages on my phone until I arrived home. To my surprise, people in the group were giggling and cheering because Carlo Tamba, my beloved trainer, had just submitted my name to participate in the event. I was furious, scared, but for some weird reason, kinda excited at the same time. And I was also proud to know that my trainers and friends thought I could nail that.
