Indonesian Fashion Spot!

…the new layout is finally done..*pheww*..thanks to this guy who is the mastermind behind all of these. (HA! Just when you think we’re sooo tech savvy..:D). The new layout is more or less the same with the last one, with the same header and general design. But the engine has changed from blogger to wordpress to make everything integrated and easier to maintain, like a built-in gallery and built-in everything else..=). This one is easier on the eyes too, with the right choice of fonts and spacings and definitely clutter-free. We have added a few menus on the top in addition to the main page. The image on the main page will be changed every other week and there’s a few headlines news that are fashion and beauty related, updated every few hours or so..if you always want to stay in tune with the latest happening, the main page worths the visit. If not, you can always point to this blog right away.
So..what do you think??

We are in the process of moving our files onto the new layout..so if you see some broken links and missing images, just bear with us for a while. Hopefully everything will be completed by tomorrow!!

YAY!!..Finally!!…Feel free to peruse it. Anyone can register, start a new topic, upload pictures and discuss just about any topics you want. We will be doing giveaways in the near future, and only those who are registered in the forum can participate in the contest. So you better register now while your favorite handle is still available..hihihi.

We’re still doing some twisting and tweaking on the forum, so please do let us know if you have any suggestion or any difficulties in accessing the forum. Don’t forget to stop by at ‘the lounge’ and introduce yourself there if you want. Hope you’ll have lots of fun there…=))

For Fashionese Daily that is..;). We are putting together a new platform, with a new layout and system to make the site more user friendly and interactive. We’re also migrating the entire blog from blogger over to wordpress. Hopefully the new and improved system will be visually appealing to everyone and make the information flow more visible.

We’ve had a few request to add a community forum on the site so this will be added for easier interaction. Everyone should be able to post topics, questions, share style advice, latest shopping haul and basically just discuss anything related on what this blog is all about. We will utilize a single-sign-on feature on the back-end (for forum and comments), but we will still leave the anonymous option open on the comments for those who like to lay low.

Hopefully everything will be ready for launching by mid June. On the meantime, feel free to leave any feedback on what you’d like to see on here and we’ll try to accommodate them as much as we can. Maybe some new features or categories? Advice on design? Site navigation? Anything?

FD face just received a makeover today, I like this one better..I think it’s easier to navigate the site now. It looks cleaner and much more organized. The categories section has also been updated and I won’t be doing today’s outfit post in here anymore, instead I’ll be posting them on the multiply photo albums and will just place the latest thumbnail on the front page. I’m still trying to improve this site..so if you have idea/suggestion please do let me know..and please tell me how does this layout look on your monitor? Thanks..=)

Well hello everyone! I am so glad to be here! I was asked to contribute to this lovely blog by our stylish webmistress and I just couldn’t say no!

I’ve been collecting all sorts of beauty products for as long as I can remember - some remain my favorites until now, some are sitting in my makeup drawers gathering dust, some I treasure highly because they have been discontinued. I may have enough makeup and body lotions to last me a lifetime - but why do I keep buying them? Because I like trying on new things. I love the feeling of bringing home a fresh, new bottle of luxurious body wash. I am addicted to spreading beautifully scented body cream on my body. I can’t get enough of putting on a new color or texture of lipstick for the first time, check myself out in the mirror, go out and wait for people’s comments about it.

Of course not all products I tried were winners. Some do fail to my expectations. But whatever the outcome, I am excited to share it with all of you.

Don’t hesitate to leave a comment if there’s anything at all that you want to ask me. Keep in mind that I am not an expert on the science of beauty…which means I won’t be able to answer your questions regarding a specific skin problem, for example. But I will write about how the products I tried perform on me. And you might or might not want to use it as a guide before you make any purchase. It’s all up to you of course

guess what guess whaatt?!?!..we will have our own beauty editor in this blog…a self proclaimed beauty junkie who has never passed a beauty counter without stopping to check the latest product…hehe..j/k. she is also an industry insider, although her identity needs to remain anonymous..:P.

jadi nya sekarang kategori untuk kecantikan di break down lagi supaya lebih spesifik. kalo kemaren kan cuma ada hair and beauty care aja..kalo sekarang di bagi per anatomi nya, ada face escentials (including make up and skin care), ada bath and body (lotion, soap, perfume, etc), ada haircare, nail corner dan juga ada review tentang salon dan spa!!..so stay tuned..=)
