With the movie adaptation of Elizabeth Gilbert’s memoir ‘Eat, Pray, Love’ premiere back in 13 August 2010, it seemed that every other brand launched something that is associated with her journey across three countries; Italy, India and Indonesia.
Sony Pictures jump right into the scene as well by partnering with Fresh and launched a perfume collection with names inspired from the movie. Most people associated their experiences with scents, so it’s only right that this partnership give birth to three eau de parfum called Eat, Pray and of course Love.
Eat eau de parfum represents the joyous journey to Italy where she discovers the sumptuous Italian dishes and this fragrance bring about the sweet notes of bright lemon, basil, creamy cannoli (and I wonder how yummy would this turn out in the fragrance), caramel, meringue, vanilla, prosecco and limoncello. It leaves me with craving for Italian glorious desserts and limoncello of course 
Whereas Pray eau de parfum is inspired by Gilbert’s spiritual journey to India and the scent reflected the sultry and bold spices reflecting the image of the country. Notes included in this fragrance are jasmine, pink pepper, patchouli, amber, juniper berry, cardamom and musk.
Love eau de parfum is actually the one intrigued me the most because I would love to know how Fresh translated Gilbert memoir in Bali. Inspired by our tropical climate and the green landscape of Bali. Since this is the place where Gilbert finally found her love one, I expected the scent to be something romantic, summer romance and fresh smell of sun. Here are the notes for this fragrance:

Well, I am interested in Pray scent the most. It’s notes are my fave. But I am also curious to smell the other two. I want them all. LOL

To be honest, all three perfumes sound so-so to me. Eat sounds like it’s gonna be one of those overly sweet foodie scent. Pray might be a little bit interesting because I love “spicy” fragrance, but looking at the notes, it’s nothing unusual and you’ll probably be better off with something like Hermes Un Jardin après la Mousson. Love, for sure is gonna be another fruity-floral type.
But I love the bottles though. Love all Fresh fragrance bottles. Tapi udah sold out juga ya, ngapain dibahas hahaha
