I used to wear contact lenses on daily basis, and almost every single eyeliner on the market irritates my eyes when I used it on the lower waterline. I almost gave up using eyeliner on that particular area until I found Laura Mercier Caviar Eyeliner. It’s semi crème eyeliner with a velvet matte finish that promises long lasting colour. What you need is only an angled eyeliner brush to apply this eyeliner. Damp the brush with a little of water, not too wet though. You don’t want water dropping from your brush as it will deliver really transparent eyeliner result or even resulting in some of the product dripping onto your face. Tap the damp brush into the caviar eyeliner and draw the eyeliner in short strokes close to your eye lashes.

Since this eyeliner has similar result with liquid eyeliner, it’s also great to draw cat-style eyeliner by layering it little by little until you achieved the desired shape. Use this eyeliner dry for a smoky look by using dense eye brush and smudge it upward on your lid and lower lash line. To make it last longer, apply a little bit of dark eyeshadow on top of the caviar eyeliner.
