Did you know that at least 80% of women wear the wrong bra size? So there’s a big chance you are wearing the wrong size too. Wearing the wrong bra can make anything you put on over it, as beautiful as it may be, look less beautiful. That is why knowing the right size for you is so important.
Here is how you should measure your bra size. Always measure without a bra on or with a bra made from thin material (so don’t measure yourself with a push up bra on).

Keep in mind every brand is different. So always try on a bra before you buy it, even if you think you know your size.

I used to work in a bra shop and had to do all the fittings for all of my customers. I think by sharing some tips, it would help other girls as well. Here is some additions that might help:
1. When you put the bra on, the straps shouldn’t be too tight or too loose, you should be able to put your fingers and pull it, by doing that you know if it’s too tight or too loose.
2. The back should sit one straight line align with the front. Try to raise both of your arms up in the air, the back shouldn’t be riding up, if it’s riding up then you’ll know you’re wearing the wrong bra. Also, when you do this, there shouldn’t be gaps more than 1 finger in between your breasts and the wires.
3. With lifting both of your arms up in the air, this will help to differentiate you breasts and your fat underneath your armpit, therefore you should be able to see if you’re breasts are actually sitting perfectly on the wire.
4. The cup should sit perfectly with no crease and it shouldn’t be cutting your breasts.
5. The cup in 32D is not the same with 34D. People always assume that they’re the same size since they’re both D size. But what people don’t know bra companies adjusting the cup size with the size of body.
To make it clearer: 32/34/36/38=the size of your underband and A/B/C/D=cup size
If you normally wear 32D for Bra A and you’re finding the underband in Bra B is too tight for you, you should get 34 for the underband size and C for the cup size.
The math is: when you go up on the size of your underband, always go down in ur cup size or vice versa.
Always try to do these tricks with every single bra that you wish to purchase, even though they’re from the same brand, they might not have the same measurement from one to another, fabrics and models are the main factors as well.
I used to wear the wrong bra as well until I worked at a lingerie shop. Wearing the right bra is important due to support and of course it looks good underneath clothes. =)
Hope this tips will help. Good luck in finding the right bra girls!
thanks femme untuk tipsnya ^^
