Storage Ideas for Your Jewelry

Sometimes you should look beyond what are available in stores to find storage solution for jewelry. I used to be obsessed about having the earring hangers that I saw on a magazine, or the bracelet display that you usually see in the store.

When you start opening your eyes to possibilities beyond the usual, you can start getting ideas on unconventional ways for your storage solution. Think about using cups for displaying your chandelier earrings, or the small souvenir glasses to put your pins, rings and small brooches. The cushions that you sometimes get from watch box, or even a small sized pillow can be used to display your brooches, just by pinning them to the cushion. Box with separators, usually sold from the local hardware stores, can be used to store your small accessories.

In this first picture, I used a candleholder to place my rings and bracelets. You can even try to use toilet paper holder for bracelets storage. I often use cloth hangers for my necklaces. If you want to know how FDers do theirs, you can go to Accessories Display and Storage thread.

    Gue ada nih lemari kayak Debbie tp setengahnya udah penuh sama makeup dan lain2. Hehehe must reorganize soon.

    ide bagus bgt tuh beli gantungan tempel putih kecil2 itu buat gantungin kalung….udah gitu taro deh di blkang pintu lemari..hmmmm Rapiiiiii
    guddd guddd…..abis kalung gw gw taro kotak kok yaa nyangkut mulu dan gak rapih :)

    waah sama cara display kalung sm DunDan yg di pict paling bawah, tapi di lemari baju, hehe….
    Gw jg pake hooks-hanger yg ada rel-nya jadi bisa digeser2 gitu antar hook *apa ya namanya, bingung sndr*, tapi pengalaman krn cuma tempel dan ga pake paku jadinya jatoh trus ada yg pecah gt yg dari beads/bebatuan, mungkin krn keberatan kali ya :(

    Waaah rapiiiii….selama ini cuma naro aja di kotak and dompet perhiasan…acak kaduuul! Boleh juga ide nempelin hook dibalik pintu lemari tuuh..
    Tapi kayanya perhiasan gw ga satu lemari penuh gitu deeh ;P

    Wah ini berguna bgt tips nya, pengin beli aah kotak2 kecil2 itu buat anting2 gue.
    Oh ya kalo buat kalung, gue taruh di tempat gantungan kalung yang bisa muter gitu, bahannya dari plastik, beli ace hardware, lumayan sih gak bikin kalung gue ‘berantem’ satu sama lain :D
