Ardistia New York Private Sale

Ardistia is not forgetting her little hometown. She is fully aware that a lot of people here are dying to see her collection. In an attempt to fulfill everyone curiosity, she brought her S/S and F/W 09 collection all the way here from New York and held a private sale event at The Capital Residence. Of course, I immediately said YES when I got the offer to see the collection first hand.

As expected, everything was even more beautiful in real life than in the pictures. She really does have a knack for designing something so modern, timeless and versatile. Everything can be mixed with everything else, and the fabrics felt so rich (we can hardly get that from high-street or ITC brands). The collection ranges from safari-inspired tunic, slinky jersey blouses/dresses that drape elegantly, pants that can be worn to the office or casually and of course her to die blazers/jackets.

My favorite piece in the collection, The Erv Jacket!!. It has my name written all over it…:D. It cost US$ 395 and for the luxurious fabric, the immaculate construction, the detail and everything else that comes with it, it’s worth the splurge…too bad I already went way overboard on shopping I couldn’t take it home..:(.

I know…bagus banget yah jacketnya. Kalo nggak salah ada versi coatnya juga, tapi terlalu panas untuk di Jakarta.

Untuk yang mau ke private salenya udah aku forward ya emailnya ke Disti, nanti Disti akan email kalian. Eventnya sih hari Kamis, Jumat, Sabtu ini jam 5 – 9 PM di The Capital Residence.
