I think Lauren is wearing one with a notch collar. So in her defense, I say at least she didn't choose a shawl collar cos it would have been too dressy wearing a vest without a shirt or a jacket. But I agree with everybody that pairing it with some denims or matching trousers would enhance her overall silhouette.. ! Well.. waistcoats or vests come with different types of collars.
