Don’t throw away your black tea or chamomile tea bags after making your tea. Drain the rest of the water from tea bag and place them in a tightlock plastic then refrigerate for maximum of 2 days. The tannin and caffeine in black tea will constricts your blood vessels and encourages extra liquids to flush out whereas Chamomile has been know as anti-inflammatory properties that will help reduce puffy eyes. Whenever you feel the need to reduce your puffy eyes just take out 2 tea bags and put it on your closed eyes while you’re lying down. Leave it for 5 to 20 minutes and feel the instant rejuvenation from this treatment.

i find this a bit too messy – with the liquid dripping from the teabag and all, even though you’ve squeezed most out. and then you have to tip your head back, otherwise the teabags won’t sit still on your eyes… oy vey! *ga sabaran aja sih intinya ahahah*
