I believe I’m not a picky person, but I am very particular when it comes to fragrance simply because there are so many fragrances that are headache inducing for my poor nose. I guess that’s why I tend to go with the happy crisp fresh smell that reminds me of the ocean breeze, or the rain and the outdoors. My favorite used to be the Escada Sport Feeling free (too bad it’s been discontinued) and Giorgio Armani – Acqua di Gio, now my signature scent is both W by Banana Republic and Light Blue by D&G (a perfume that everyone and their neighbors seem to have). Those two are my everyday smell..I do have other perfumes from different notes, but they are my ‘sometimes’ scent.
Lately, I’ve been searching for a new perfume, I wanted something different, something sweet and feminine but not too strong that gives me migraine in one sniff. I think I’ve found it in Vera Wang Princess, in a precious heart shaped bottle. I know this fragrance has been around for at least two years, but I didn’t really care about it eventhough the print ads featured my favorite Hollywood Celebrity, Camilla Belle..:D. Maybe because I saw the ads in Teen Vogue and always thought that this fragrance is for teenager and not sophisticated enough for ehm, a grown up like me..:D. But turned out I was wrong, it’s the scent that I’m looking for because while it’s not the usual fresh citrusy fragrance I’m used to, it’s light (maybe because it’s EDT) enough to be worn in hot weather and for everyday use. I think the delicious smell suits just about any age. It has a little bit of chocolate and vanilla, it’s sweet but not too sweet, and it’s soft yet flirty. I Love it…=)
So that’s my newest haul and my perfume habit. My mom is different, she just use one bottle and used that one all up. She still buys other perfumes, or got them as a gift, but she wouldn’t open them until she finished the one bottle she is using. Weird, I know!
How about you, do you alternate fragrances or just stick with one signature scent? What do you smell like today? I obviously smell of my newest perfume, with a touch of breastmilk smell that my baby (the real princess in the family) spit on my shirt..:D

I have to say that I usually have two or three kinds of fragrance. First, for everyday use, I love Adidas EDT (Dynamic Pulse)… and for “kondangan” use, I love Dior’s Hypnotic Poison or Burberry London for Woman…
I think, I will try to sniff this Vera Wang’s perfume. Do you have any idea of how much does it cost???

Gw gak suka parfum yang manis2 baunya.. nyang ini mah cocoknya buat adik gw yang suka macamnya Ninna Ricci dan Lolita lempicka. Bau manis2 kayak buah2an dan bubblegum.
I prefer sensual scent like J’adore Dior, Pure Poison Dior (Christian Dior makes the best perfume for me), Lanvin Eclat D’arpage, Curious Britney and Amarige Givenchy… na na na na na… I almost have everything on my list except the Pure Poison and Givenchy (I only have the sample)

When it comes to perfumes, I shop around looking for ones that would make a believer out of me.. but I always end up with the old-time favorites..keno lower,issey miyake, and…. ada yg pernah nyoba gak yg satu ini: heaven by GAP! OMG… it truely is heavenly. My first discovery was 10 yrs ago, and never fell out of love ever since! coba deh!

daku koleksi parfum selain koleksi sepatu, tas sunglasses dan cowoq (duh banyak amat koleksian-nya!) Daily, I should smell That’s Amore by Gai Mattiolo. It’s a fresh floral scent. Cucok buat sehari2. Kalau clubbing daku sewangi Britney Spears dengan Fantasy Midnight-nya. Me likey because smell alike Sun Moon and Stars nya Thierry M. The differences is : the cost.
Very Very Special Event I wear Cristobal – Balenciaga. Yeah, this is an ancient fragrance by the great Balenciaga. I like the smell veeeeeerrrry much!!! It gaves you a mistic aura and elegance at the same time. It cost alot even a 50ml EDP makanya pakainya di-irit2in hihihi….

i lOVEEE vera wang perfume. its around 60 dollars though but it smells like magic! always get compliments when i wear this!
