It’s time to flaunt your toes, ladies! We’ve been seeing a lot of open toe shoes on the Spring 2008 runway. From booties, oxfords, pumps, sandals, to sling backs, showing at least a glimpse of toes. It seems to me that the front cutout this time is more narrow, they look more like peep toes but much smaller than the regular ones and they come in multiple textures, materials, colors, and heels.

There’s a nice article I’ve found online about some tips for wearing these open toe shoes, here. I’m personally not a big fan of open toe shoes, just because my toes are so big, especially my index toe ;( so whenever I wear those shoes, it looks like I’m giving a middle finger (toe) to everyone =) hehe.. But, I’m falling in love with the peep toe booties, we’ve all seen them since early fall last year, especially worn by Sarah Jessica Parker, Victoria Beckham, and Lindsay Lohan (picture above). And this Spring, they also come in bright Spring colors. Well, maybe I should give them another try this time !

DYS, gue suka bgt tuh peep toe booties! lagi nyari2 yg lucu dan pas sama karakter gue, tp dengan harga yang sopan tentunya.. heheh

yang putih dengan pink cone heel nya lucu sekalii…but looking at my toes, I think I’m not ready for those yet, not until I’ve paid a visit to the nail salon..:D

Hanz, iya tuh lucu bgt yah yg pink cone heel itu. Kl blm sempet ke nail salon, pake yang bukaan depannya kecil bgt ajahh.. kan ga gitu keliatan tuh, jadinya malu2 gitu jempolnya.. hihi

Han…hahahha org kagak ampe jongkok di dpn lo merhatiin jempol kalii…..gue juga udah lama gak pedicure-an nih. Abis disuruh bw peralatan sendiri klo mau pedi (kata suami)..males la yuwww.

ambung hihi iya sih mbung, tapi risih sendiri aja abis orang sini semuanya kukunya cantik cantik banget..biarpun gayanya gembel tapi pasti deh kuku nya keluaran salon..:D.

other then having the same ‘toes too long’ problem… aduh… udah pernah coba punya temen… tapi ya gitu.. berhubung kaki gede dan nggak proportional dengan badan yang kecil… kayak semut pake sepatu tentara gitu jadinya… gimana dong?

maaf br liat niy, utk agnes dan chici : kalo di jkt gw kurang tau bisa beli dimana, paling gw inget dulu di jkt LINEA suka byk sepatu2 yg unik2 dan up-to-date walau ga pasaran.. mentok2 cek ZARA, zara di NY uda byk siy dr thn lalu kmaren wiken gw cek juga uda byk, .. nine west jg uda ngeluarin, warna warni pula ada kuning ijo etc.., liat aja ke websitenya.. BCBG jg .. mungkin Mango jg uda ngeluarin, kalo sebangsa VNC, Charles&Keith, Pretty Fit, M)phosis.. etc.. gw kurang yakin, ga tau juga siy.. *temen2 yg di jkt bisa bantu??
dan kalo emang bener2 mau yg keluaran designer nya muter2 di butik2 nya plz indonesia, senayan city, PS, atau yg di kemang gitu..or else mungkin ada.. *gw aja blm pernah ke senayan city :P.. tp yg pasti muahal siy kalo yg designer.. kalo gak, plg incer yg dr zara or nine west aja
