One of the big trends for Spring 2008 is obviously the see through/sheer clothing, not just on blouses, but also on dresses and pants. Among the designers who displayed this trend on Spring 2008 runway were Christopher Kane, Jil sander, Louis Vuitton, Prada, Marc Jacobs. I think I’m liking this trend, I don’t own one yet, but there are a few in Forever 21 that I’m eyeing..:D. I love the fact that they are loose and flowy, but still gives the illusion of shape through the layers. They are feminine, very grown up and also sexy yet subtle at the same time. But the thing that always take me back from getting a sheer blouse is because it’s hard to find the same color of camisole for the layers. Sometimes the camisole comes with the blouse but most of the time, you have to find your own alternative. I know a piece of nude camisole will work fine, but I don’t want to give impression like I don’t wear anything underneath…
Here are some sheer through blouses from Forever 21. In case you haven’t heard, the Forever 21 in Grand Indonesia has been opened. Finally, something new to visit at the mall!!..

Yup, definitely the sheer clothing will get trendy, I had the feeling it would and got a couple of sheer blouses for my store to test -yet will it be a hit in J town, we will see!…

Betul han, kalo pake nude camisole kesannya kayak gak pake apa2..seram! Gue jg suka sih baju sheer2 begini, tp kalo lagi menyusui kayaknya harus dihindari ya, kalo “bocor” makin keliatan bow
Btw judul postingan lo cocok deh jadi judul film horor, hehehe

totally agree han! agak susah nyari kamisol dengan warna yg match.. setidaknya mesti sedia kamisol aneka warna biar gak flat, secara pake putiiih mulu kan jadi gak seru..

sheer blouse ngga harus sama camisole kok. pake tank top buat daleman juga bisa. and pattern-nya juga ngga harus polos. try experimenting with different patterns or contrasting colours..

gue punya nih baju kaya gini..tapi model kerahnya yang victorian gitu. ada rufflesnya juga di dada. masi oke enggak ya buat dipake? abisnya victorian style kan udah lewat..

wah…gw udah punya koleksi baju2 sheer. asyiiik…jadi gak perlu beli2 lagi…
tapi menurut gw, baju2 sheer cukup tricky makenya. ypu could either look classy or trashy. hati2!

I have exactly the same model like the dark-gray one, it just came in black. Plus! I purchased one flowing yellow see-through dress yesterday. Can’t wait to wear it though..

kebetulan punya 2 baju dengan bahan kayak gini, satunya polos coklat lengan pendek, satunya coklat mudaaa bercorak lengan panjang, di pake barengan, yang lengan panjang didalam, lengan pendek di luar , lumayan..:)

gue setuju sama kembang gula victorian style biarpun dah gak tren tetep keren kok .
dipaduin sama jeans tambah keren tuh kayaknya . kalau mau santai celana type skinny jeans tp 7/8 kalau agak resmi baru deh pake celana jeans yg panjang pake rok mini jeans juga seru.
gue pilih jeans pasangannya supaya tetep ada casualnya

kadang gue malahan pake kaos polos warna netral (item or putih kadang merah or coklat) di balik see through blouses begini. soalnya kalo ga, bisa2 gue disuruh pulang ganti baju ama si doi. tapi kadang malahan lebih merata sih warnanya dengan pake kaos daripada tank top or camisole.

Gw suka banget yang warna peach dari Forever 21 di gambar, barusan ke Forever 21 di Grand Indonesia khusus buat nyari itu tapi sayangnya ga nemu
, akhirnya malah beli warna putih nemu di Gaudi (lumayan, lagi 70% diskon jadi hanya Rp 70,000 saja).

Kalo gak salah blouse2 transparan gt banyak deh yang jualan vintagenya di Monday market alias Pasar Senen:P, IMHO drpd beli yang mahal2 untuk sesuatu yg lagi nge-trend…trend kan biasanya cepat berlalu… mending beli yg mursina asal pinter milihnya pasti dapet yg murmer tp kualitasnya bagus deh

Han.. gue suka kalo camisolenya warna nya beda2. kesan berwarnanya lebih banyak.. dan lebih seru sih ya menurut gue

sebenernya demen, tp krn kerjaan membuat gue sering ada di depan kelas, kyknya baju seperti ini nggk bikin yg diajar merhatiin baju gue or yg ada dibaliknya ketimbang layar infocus…
